The Universal UserID (UUID) is the username shared among various university services. Your UUID forms your e-mail address as follows: UUID@memphis.edu. Services that require your UUID:Who can have a UUID? How do I get my UUID?All currently enrolled students have a UUID created automatically. Students can activate this account by using a card swipe machine, or by browsing to iAM (iam.memphis.edu) and entering in the account code mailed to their home address. Faculty and staff should visit the IT Helpdesk in room 124 of the Administration Building to obtain their UUID. Following the initial account creation for Administrative users, the faculty / staff member can then use the iAM or a card swipe machine to reset their account passwords. How do I look up my UUID?The easiest way to find your UUID is through the U of M White Pages at wp.memphis.edu.
